Does WebEnabled support Drush with Drupal?

Yes. All of our Drupal variants (5.x, 6.x, Acquia, Pressflow, etc.) come with Drush pre-installed. However, at this time Drush is not installed globally so if you install from an empty app then you will need to install Drush yourself. We are in the process of considering global installation of Drush on all our servers.
