How can I change my account WebEnabled web address?
WebEnabled does allow you to change your web address by contacting support. Please provide the following information when making your request:
- Make sure to send us your old and new URL.
- Once the URL is changed, you will need to let all of your team members know the new URL.
- All repositories will need to be fresh checked out.
Where can I find an invoice?
Invoices are available to account owners only. An email invoice is also sent to the account owner each month when the account is billed. Invoices are also available on the account owners "Plan/Invoices" page. Just click on your username at the top of any page when logged into WebEnabled to find this information.
What forms of payment are accepted?
WebEnabled only accepts credit card payments through Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
How do I cancel my account?
Under your account which is available at the top of each WebEnabled page click on the link to Edit Your WebEnabled Plan. Then select which plan you want.
To fully cancel your account plan click on the Cancel link on the Edit Your WebEnabled Plan page. Note that this will fully remove your WebEnabled address, applications, and SVN repositories that are allocated under your plan.
