New WebEnabled Dashboard. Wow!

With our 0.85 release we have a completely revamped Dashboard for all of our users. With this new Dashboard we did the following among other things:
- Full width: The previous Dashboard was fixed width and severely limited the space we had to place pertinent information in the hands of our users. This allowed us to add more information since most screens are at least 1024 pixels wide nowadays.
- Smaller default font: We lowered the font from 14px to 12px default. This also gives us more room. Users can increase the font using their browser if they choose too.
- No more WebEnabled logo at the top: We decided to remove the WebEnabled logo and also all the footer links. Instead we've placed the Dashboard owner company name at the top left. And we've streamlined the navigation links at the top right. Logged in users will see their full name at the top right so as to make it easier for them to know they are logged in.
- Recent activity across all projects: We've made it easier to keep track of what is happening. You can see what is happening by browsing to your Dashboard home. Each action is now logged -- such as application start, user added to team, new project created, etc -- so you have a history of what's happened and you can keep track of your team members.
- Project landing page: Projects now have their own landing page and you can see them in the breadcrumb at the top when you are on a project page or on an application page.
- Streamlined project and application list: Your Dashboard still lists your applications and project on the right side. But they have a smaller place (only 30% of the right side). This should make it easier to browse to your important projects and apps without cluttering the Dashboard with needless information.
